A customer of Dot Internet was elected by Unizo as Best ICT Company in the category 'Service Companies'. Two short television documentaries were made about this award:

Dot Internet Ltd. has realized the technical back-end of the new website of the Mayor of Antwerp, designed by Lu'cifer.

Mayor Patrick Janssens has launched his own website www.burgemeestervanantwerpen.be. He was already online three years ago, but then under his own name, but that website that was not updated anymore for quite some time. So now the Mayor takes a fresh start online, but what if somebody else would become the new Mayor ? "In that case, we just rename it to www.exburgemeestervanantwerpen.be. That is technically not so difficult," says spokesman Kiki Vervloessem. (KRG)

Patrick Janssens has a new website, a clear design with information about Antwerp and Patrick himself. You can also find a news section (eg. about who the 'Nicole and Hugo' of the list are), and the 'gut feeling of A'. Also with remarkable quotes about Antwerp.  
The Mayor of Antwerp presents his new website, applicably titled www.burgemeestervanantwerpen.be. At this moment the website is not fully complete yet, but the following weeks and months the information will grow. At the news section, you can read about the candidate aldermen of Monica De Coninck and Robert Voorhamme for the upcoming elections in Antwerp. Don't forget to take a look at the section 'Antwerpen', and explore the 'virtual house' of the Mayor. You can also read pieces from the books he has written. Certainly worth a visit.

"The Association of Belgian Touroperators recently went online with a well-built website, www.abto.be, targeted both towards its members and customers. A number of texts contain handy hyperlinks to websites such as the Belgian Travel Guarantee Fund or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The member list contains the brand names and destinations per tour operator. Further, the website offers an extensive 'ABC of the Travel Industry' where many terms are explained, a list of useful hyperlinks and an impressive FAQ where travellers can find answers on approximately 40 questions about holidays in general."

Dot Internet organized a customer satisfaction survey using a list of 23 questions. 12 customers took part, with an average satisfaction score of 80,08%. You can view the details of the survey here.
